provide transparent and fair cancellation and refund practices for all customers using our car
rental services.
Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellation requests must be made via phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup may be eligible for a refund
- Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges
Cancellation by Company
In rare cases where we are unable to provide the confirmed vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances, a
full refund or suitable alternative vehicle will be offered.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Bank or payment gateway delays may apply
Non-Refundable Situations
- No-show by the customer at pickup time
- Cancellation after trip start
- Violation of booking terms or misuse of vehicle
Fare Adjustments
Any additional charges due to extra hours, distance, tolls, parking, or state taxes will be payable
by
the customer and are not eligible for refund.
